By accessing or using the WagerZenithPlay platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Platform. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WagerZenithPlay, LLC.
To use the Platform, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person, not a corporation or other legal entity; (c) be physically present within a state in which WagerZenithPlay is licensed at the time of wagering; (d) not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by any applicable gaming authority; and (e) not be an employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of WagerZenithPlay or any of its affiliates. We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close accounts that do not meet these requirements.
You may register only one account per person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. Providing false information, including false age or identity information, is grounds for immediate account termination and may be referred to gaming authorities.
All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in U.S. Dollars. Minimum deposit amounts, withdrawal limits, and processing times are posted within the Platform and are subject to change. All wagers are final once confirmed. We reserve the right to void wagers placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or impacted by evident errors in odds. Winnings will be credited to your account balance and are available for withdrawal subject to any applicable verification requirements and bonus terms.
From time to time we may offer promotional bonuses and risk-free bets. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions posted at the time of the offer. General rules include: one promotion per customer per household; promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated; WagerZenithPlay reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend any promotion at any time; and bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, and trademarks, is the property of WagerZenithPlay LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WAGERZENITH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU DEPOSITED IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. The arbitration shall take place in New York, New York. Judgment on any arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and by applicable federal laws and the regulations of the gaming authorities in each state where WagerZenithPlay is licensed.
WagerZenithPlay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, any funds remaining in your account (less any applicable deductions for violations) will be returned to you subject to identity verification and compliance checks.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
